Since 1997 Bodegas BG decides to produce and market their wines beginning with a small winery in the three tanks were installed, a stemmer, a cooling equipment for temperature control, a small bottling plant and manual labeling, all very familiar but the highest quality control. The project is carried out product flow requirements arising from the cellar management and serves the wine parameters needed to develop our wines covered under DOQ Priorat.
Basically, the winery has three floors of 328 m2 each, leaving two floors underground on three sides and the other is inside a building with a stone wall  with 90cm. The idea is, pursue a gravitational flow of the product,searching for a minimal use of bomb making maximum use of gravity, although this will take some time yet to complete. Now only uses the first floor divided into ageing room , fermentation room,and reception room.
