Following the process of wine, go to the aged in barrels for domestication and roundness the tannins and other components of wine: GUETA LUPIA: 14-16 months in new French oak barrels. FRA FORT:12 months in French oak which comes from Gueta Lupia. EL SI DEL MOLÍ: 4-6 months in new French oak. The wine is aged on lees, not moving wine from barrel until to be assembled for bottling . As it is known, for made high wines is not mathematics and when talking about any time is not exact,
depending on many parameters. After the ageing, going to blend for before bottling and aging  in a horizontal position for at least 8 months GUETA LUPIA and FRA FORT and EL SI DEL MOLÍ: at least 3 months.
